1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the NorthStar Medic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform provides AI-powered medical claim recovery services. All users must comply with federal healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and the HITECH Act.
2. Contingency-Based Compensation
Our standard service model is performance-based. Covered Entities agree to a **45% contingency fee** on all successfully recovered claim revenue processed through the NorthStar Medic grid. Fees are automatically calculated and invoiced upon confirmation of payment from insurance payers.
3. Data Integrity & Compliance
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the clinical data uploaded to the platform. NorthStar Medic maintains a "Zero Manual Intervention" policy, where our AI agents process data as received to generate high-fidelity clinical appeals.
